Annet Mahendru
Mahendru is the child of a Russian Indian mother and an Afghan Hindu father. She fluently speaks German Russian English. Her parents are Russian as well as Indian. An improvised performance she choreographed at the age of 11, which appeared on German television, transformed her into an Russian dancer, who became a snow maiden. After high school, she graduated with a bachelor's diploma from the Department of English at the University of New York. She studied improvisation and comedy at Groundlings School after leaving HB Studio. Her parents were a Hindu and Indian father Ghanshan K Mahendru and an Indian father, and a Russian mother Olga. Her father moved her to East Meadow, New York, when she was 13 year old. She is a part of FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. The Americans' Nina Sergeevna Krilova was the most well-known character. Her recurring role in The Following on Fox, The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
